Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public broad access to many court records through MyCase, courthouse inspection, and county clerk copy requests. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Cass County, the Clerk of the Circuit Court is the unified court-record custodian for the Circuit Court and Superior Courts I and II. The Sheriff and jail handle custody information, Logansport Police handles city police records, and state systems handle marriage lookup, driver records, and jail portal searches. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
