Marriage licenses in Cass County are issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court by appointment only. Accepted marriage-license payment methods listed by Cass County are cash, credit card, money order, or cashier's check. The Clerk's general payment policy also states that personal checks are not accepted.

Cass Marriage Copy Limits
